At Cico Sports, we are dedicated to ensuring you have the best gear for your performance, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all standard items. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all technical tags still attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective liners are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your gear, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
